How do I become eligible for gifts and food boxes?

Individuals and families in Crook County are eligible to apply if they meet the following income restrictions.

  • 1 person household = maximum gross household income of $1,383

  • 2 person household = maximum gross household income of $1,868

  • 3 person household = maximum gross household income of $2,353

  • 4 person household = maximum gross household income of $2,839

  • 5 person household = maximum gross household income of $3,324

  • 6 person household = maximum gross household income of $3,809

  • 7 person household = maximum gross household income of $4,295

  • 8 person household = maximum gross household income of $4,780

You will need to submit income verification with your application - this can be a copy of your EBT card (with name) or a copy of your statement of eligibility from ODHS services.

The application will ask you for personal contact information and allow you to provide up to 2 gift suggestions, as well as ages, sizes, and names.  Only first names, age, and size will be provided to the public.  Your information will be securely maintained and not shared outside of the gift coordinator positions.  Due to COVID-19, gifts will not be wrapped this year, but will come concealed in a bag on pick-up days.  You will be assigned a pick-up time to do a Drive Thru pick-up at Carey Foster Hall at the CC Fairgrounds on December 21 or 22.

The APPLICATION DEADLINE HAS PASSED.

Late applications are no longer being accepted (with the exception of some food box requests).  Please contact us at CCHolidayPartnership@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Distribution of food boxes and gifts are Monday, December 21 and Tuesday, December 22 - you should have received a postcard in the mail with specific details.
